This is a great app for designing something very quickly and has a lot of quick features.

Very steep learning curve but straight forward after this. Needs a way yo delete mistakes when drawing is almost finished.

I like the app a lot but you guys can some features.. Also Im always have trouble exporting "keeps saying not connected to the Internet"

Almost good enough to buy. Easy to use,easy to correct. Export or print for subscription I dont like. Rather pay .99 for trial before committing to purchase.

Great app, has a few bugs but works pretty good. Could use kitchen items like counters and cabinets. Also could use decking for exterior.

Its just for buisnesses. Now i understand. Look at "room planner" it has 3d mode. Can this have 3d mode too, pleeeeeaaaaseee!!!!

I wanted to lay out where to put light switches, fixtures etc ahead of the contractor coming out to wire my shop so thought I would give this a try so my drawing would look good and not like chicken scratch. Within about an hour I had rendered a floor plan of my shop with windows, doors etc and had placed all the appropriate electrical symbols where I needed them to be. I then saved it, sent it to myself via email and printed off a paper copy to hand to the contractor when he comes to do the work. Voilà!!! It was actually fun to do this. The instructions are very easy to follow and the UI is easy to use and navigate as well. Going to be renovating my bathroom this spring so I will definitely be using this tool to put my visions to paper. Great app!!!

This app is perfect or the beginner,it has great instructions and every aspect is easy to use.

This is a pretty straight forward tool for field work and doing in place layouts. Would like to be able to move elements around by finger. Maybe I just need to keep looking in directions and playing with it. I tried another CAD app which I paid for and I am still struggling with the bugs. So far this is working well on IOS5 which the other app abanded me with IOS 6 and 7. How well in will translate into my autocad program I have yet to test. I noted someone had trouble with internet!? I could not reach the help index because of "no secure connection???"

I tried it on an itouch. The screen is too small.

Hi, I tried this app when I wanted to build a Super Computer, and now my plan is fully functional! I already have enough money to buy a laptop to start it, so I rate it 5 stars! Thanks for helping me, PadCAD Lite !

Sounds wont stop even on silent. Deleted almost instantaneously despite this seeming like a neat app. No way to disable sounds in app preferences. I would give this app zero stars, but thats not allowed.

Having never used more than graph paper and a pencil to draw out floor plans, I have this apps basics figured out after 1/2 hr of playing with it. Developers web site has detailed, easy to follow tutorials to get you going. Planing on purchasing the full version.

This app is definitely not set up for use with a small touch screen. Its hard to draw walls when you cant find the correct starting spot, and while you are drawing walls it will not scroll, so zooming in is not an option. Also, for some reason the walls will just randomly stop without lifting your finger, and you cant change the wall once it has been created. This app was very frustrating. I would not recommend it.
